Services

We provide design, development, and digital services as described on this site. Scope, price, delivery timelines, and revision limits are agreed in writing prior to project start.

Pricing & Payments

Website packages are posted; totals for packages are Get a custom website from 0 to 100 for CAD $299. Additional work, printing, or third-party costs are quoted separately. Payments are due as invoiced.

Revisions & Approvals

Two redesigns are included unless otherwise agreed. Additional redesigns cost $50–CAD $150 each.

Content & Ownership

You represent you have rights to materials you provide. Upon final payment, deliverables are yours; we may feature them in our portfolio unless you opt out.

Warranties & Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to fees paid for the service at issue.

Acceptable Use

No illegal content, spam, or abuse of our systems.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve issues amicably. Jurisdiction specifics should be localized (see LEGAL_NOTES.md).

We may update these Terms; the latest version date appears below.
